Hi can someone help please.  I have a charge 4 and log everything on the Fitbit App but today my sleep has disappeared and there is no record of calories. Steps or stairs I have walked.  Can anybody help please?

Do you see the missing data on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?

In the meantime, please turn the phone off/on.

Log in into the Fitbit app , tapp on your profile picture.

Does the Charge 4 listed there?
