Hello,
This is my first time posting here. I have a Charge 2 & a Pixel 2 running android 10 (Was running 9 until today). I can not get my default messaging app (Messages, stock android messaging app) to send notifications to my fitbit. I do receive call notifications and I even tried switching my default messaging app to WhatsApp and received notifications for that. As soon as I switched it back to the "Messages" app I no longer received text notifications. I have gone through every thread I can find and have reset my phone and fitbit & unlinked my fitbit and readded it more times than I can count. I have gone through every permission I can find and made sure "Preview Message" is turned on. I have gone through phone settings and messaging app settings and Fitbit settings so many times trying to find some permission that I'm missing. I generally have no problem troubleshooting these types of things on my own but I am completely out of ideas. Has anyone had this happen to them? Thanks for the help!

I'm in the same boat, but with my charge 3. Started happening either today or yesterday. I'm able to get email notifications, but notifications from the stock pixel message app are not showing up on my Fitbit.

I read another thread that mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling fixed things for them. There was an update for Fitbit which I tried first, but didn't work. Luckily uninstalling and reinstalling did the trick! So if you are having this issue I'd try it out.

uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it, but when I turn on airplane mode in the night. The next day, this problem occurs again when I turn off the airplane mode.
