The cable sold on the fitbit site looks different to the original one I had and the ones on sale on Amazon etc... Does the new charger work on my old Charge 2? How does it plug into device?

Hi @SunsetRunner  directions on how to charge is on the user manual, page 9, complete with illustrations - click to go there. The Charge 2 charging unit from Fitbit should work for your Charge 2. Sometimes third party retailers sell knock off chargers that don't exactly fit. Did you lose your charger?
