I bought a new fitbit charge 2. But after initial pairing to my device Xiaomi Mi A1, it stopped at firmware update screen having a exclamation mark on fitbit device. What should i do now ?

My Fitbit Charge 2 had been doing great - but it stopped working as of Thursday - the Thursday night sleep wasn't listed and no sleep since then.

The exercise isn't tracking either.

 

So now what do we do?
