Fitbit Charge 2 has stopped syncing.

All of a sudden, my Fitbit has stopped recording anything but steps from my device to my app (on a Samsung Galaxy S8). Can't get it to pull up my sleep activity or the exercising I did today. I've tried un-pairing and re-pairing the device, but that didn't help. The app keeps saying "Looking for device" when I try to sync, and (I guess) not finding it, although the device is sending step info from itself to the app, so I would think it's connected. Help? (I'm seeing lots of sort of the same issue from other users since the last software update.) Thanks!

After restarting and recharging the Fitbit, I got to thinking that my phone had also updated recently, so I shut down and restarted my Galaxy S8, and the problem with not syncing seems to be fixed. Fingers crossed!!

If you drag down on the bar that says "Today" in the middle (also has a <
on the left end and "Edit" on the no right end), toward the left of the
drop down, you should see your device. If you tap on it, it should open a
menu/page that has the Sync icon you can tap to start the sync.
