Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing with iPhone

The price you pay for it and it refuses to keep sync with my iPhone. 

I've tried three times now to get it to sync ... yes I've restarted it as per instructions on this site EACH time, along with deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app AND rebooting my iPhone, along with the Bluetooth settings. 

Other pieces of kit I have, worth a fraction of the price I might add, sync perfectly and without any issue. 

It is also completely inaccurate it registered I walked over 2 miles yesterday, over a MEASURED mile distance!

I find it it difficult to believe the hype about this product it's junk. 

Returning it to to retailer and getting my money back.

When the flames appear it will jist increase my heart rate so more calories burned.

3-4 days ago my fitbit was not syncing but its working perfect since last night so maybe it was the update?

Have you set your stride length? Ive been playing around with mine to get accurate miles/steps
