My fitbit charge 2 is not able to sync since October 11th of 2019. I tried to follow steps online several time ad device is still being recognized on Bluetooth and it says it has found my device but then nothing happens. Any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

i've been dealing with the same issue the past few weeks, very frustrating.
i delete the app & reinstall it, turn my phone on n off, turn the fitbit on n off...sometimes it works other times it does not.
good luck.
mine is a few years old, maybe its time for a new one.

Others have reported a problem syncing since last weeks iPhone update. The tech people at Fitbit are apparently working on a solution - according to a fellow Fitbit wearer who contacted m3 at the weekend.

I'm having the same problem the last week and I have an android phone. It's probably a Fitbit problem they're not admitting to.
