I accidentally forgot to charge my Fitbit Charge 3 and I’m pretty sure it got to 0%, which has never happened before. I plugged it in and waited for it to charge (a few hours) and it didn’t seem like it was charging because the screen won’t turn on. At first I figured it was just still dead so I gave it a day to charge. Once again, after the day was over, it looked as if it hadn’t charged because the screen was black and wouldn’t turn on.
Next, I thought maybe the outlet was the problem, so I moved it to a new one and waited, once again the screen would not turn on.
It’s weird because the Fitbit vibrates and can sync with my phone, but the screen won’t turn on.
I looked for ways to fix it and tried a few (restarted the Fitbit, held the side button for 15 seconds while it was plugged in) and they all didn’t work.
How can I fix my Fitbit?

I also had a similar problem. the last time it worked the screen decentered. Also, my app for android is not showing me recent heart data.
