My Fitbit Charge 3 won't charge and is making a toc toc noise.  The lights under it are not on anymore.  I have read and try all the solutions in the forum and nothing works.  Can it be dead?  I have it since 2020.

I understand how you feel with this situation. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
