I've had my Fitbit Charge 3 for 16 months and last month It started to get lines on the screen. Now it's got a gray background and more lines. I've tried a restart, a long start, and changed the clock face several times. Nothing works and it's getting worse. I never wear it in the shower or pool. No idea why this is happening. I have a picture but this won't let me upload the picture. Help would be appreciated.

Best AnswerHi
I am having the exact same problem, grey lines on the screen. Have tried the long reset, still no joy!
Best AnswerMine too has lines across the screen, been like it for about a month, now won't sync ,well it's intermittent and time is wrong, tried rebooting, uninstalling app , syncing on a different device still no better
Best AnswerMy Charge 3 worked perfectly well till I did the firmware upgrade this morning.
After that, the vertical grey lines appeared and make it almost impossible to read the face.
I changed clock face twice, restarted on the charger three times - no improvement.
Very disappointed indeed! I've had the device since November 2019 with no issues.
Best AnswerI have the same issue I tried reset it and still not work. By now the screen is almost all dead
Hi I have been in touch with fit bit and after they tried to do a long reset which failed, they've agreed to replace it. so pleased. I just hope this one lasts longer than 4 months.
