Hi my charge 3 went on for a normal charge up and died.  It has no button vibrations a black screen and doesn’t respond when put in the charger.  I have tried a hard reboot any other suggestions?

Hello @Nzelmo. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. If your Charge 3 is not charging, I'd recommend performing the suggested troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Please skip the restart process since you've already tried that step or repeat it one more time along with the rest of the steps.

Hope this helps.

Hi Wilson and thank you.  I have now cleaned the device and charger with rubbing alcohol and placed it on charge for at least 30 mins.  Still no vibration on the button and a hard reboot doesn’t work
