Fitbit Charge 4 Active Minutes not Syncing correctly to Fitbit App

The Fitbit app is not syncing Active minutes from my charge 4.

Yesterday, my charge 4 showed about 30 Active minutes, but the Fitbit app only shows 9 Active minutes for the day. I have rebooted both the charge 4 and my phone twice, and made sure that my application is up to date.

This issue started last week when I moved my Fitbit account to Google..

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s23.
