My current Fitbit is the Charge 4. My band broke after a year of use - of course right after the warranty ended. This is my 4th Fitbit in 4 years because they always break and it's really unfortunate that these devices cannot withstand daily use, as this seems to be a frequent problem. I would like to keep using Fitbit products but at this point it doesn't seem worth it.
why not look at the Fitbit Store accessories area where there are plenty of original bands - click to go there. It's about half way down the page.
Best AnswerThis is my 2nd time the band broke at the device. I don't know what the issue is with this as they have not done anything to change it. It's not like I'm wearing it in rough situations. I'm a SAHM who doesn't do much more than take care of kids. I wish they'd help with this for a permanent fix.
