Hi. I am trying to set up a charge 4 on a new phone but not able to. While setting up, the app on my phone is stuck at "is your fitbit charging, try again" (my fitbit is charging). And the fitbit screen is stuck at "download latest version of the app on phone" (which I have). What can I do?

I have a problem pairing my charge 4 to my new iPhone 13. It keeps losing its connection and i have to keep pairing it and it’s annoying. Thinking of getting an apple but i am a fitbit fan…
