Hi,
I bought my Fitbit Charge in 2015 and havent used it since then
Now im planning on using it full-time and it seems that after I fully charge it the battery drains within 10 mins but in the app it says that it is fully charged and never get an email saying the battery is low.
However, since the band says that the battery is drained it doesnt let me see the stats.
Can anyone please help with this issue? The band should be 100% new.

Have you been keeping the Charge HR charged for these last for years? This is important since a dead lithium battery will destroy itself.
As for the battery level on the app, this will be the battery level at the time of the last sync? The app will tell you when the last sync was.
