Hello,
I got this issue for 1 week. Even after fully charge, the screen is still unable.
The clock seems to be alive still. It is charging and synchronizing.
What should I do?

@oc42 There's no photo in your post, but I see a corrupted screen as your profile picture. It looks like a Charge 2 with a corrupted screen. Please restart your device 2-3 times to see if that helps. Unfortunately, a corrupted screen is often a sign of a device failure.
