Fitbit Charge3 won't scroll. Clock is on screen, keeping time, but that's all. Please advise.

I plugged mines into the charger and squeezed for 8-10 seconds until a smiley face appears. Then it should restart.
Thanks so much. It worked! 🤗
Awesome, this happened to me earlier today too. I'm guessing like phones they may need a restart too sometimes. ☺️
Best AnswerPlug your Fitbit3 into charger. Press button on side for 8-10 seconds until 'smiley face' appears. This should restart your tracker.😊
Make sure your tracker is connected correctly. You'll know when the tracker vibrates and you see the battery icon displayed. Then press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. When you see the smiley face icon, AND the tracker vibrates, the tracker has restarted. Next, unplug the tracker from the charging cable. FYI: I've had to do this at least twice so, I guess sometimes the tracker just freezes. I sure hope this helps.
Best AnswerYou're most welcome!! I'm so glad it worked well for you. 👌☺
Best AnswerFabulous! So glad it worked for you.
Best AnswerMy Fitbit Charge 3 has been hard-reset successfully (smiley face after hard restart when connected to computer) but it still does not scroll. I have re-tried a few times to no avail.
Please advise? This is clearly not as simple a fix as experienced by others in this forum.
Regards,
Mark

Best AnswerSame here. Got the smiley face 3 or 4 times, changed clock faces, and got nothing
Best AnswerHi!
Since you've tried 3 to 4 times, I suggest you contact Customer Support. I'm sure they'll get you "back on track".😊
