I posted a message yesterday about a Fitbit Charge 3 that I got for my wife recently.Yesterday I posted about a White line across the screen. Now today the white line changed to the Fitbit Logo and the Number 100. I am try to power it down but the "button" doesn't feel like it is functioning properly as it doesnt seem like it it pushing in when I press on it.
Update: Finally got it to reboot. It went to the white line across the screen . It stayed like that for about 30 mins , when I went back to look at it , it went back to the Fitbit Logo with the number 100. If my new Fitbit corrupted?
