Fitbit Pay tile missing

I purchased a new Charge 3, and during Setup it updated/installed what I assume is the latest firmware: 20001.63.5. I am using the iOS app on an iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 13.3.1 installed. When I go to the Account screen, and then to the Charge 3, I only have three tiles: Clock Faces, Apps, and How to Use.

 

I have tried logging out of the app, and deleting it, doing a soft reset on the iPhone, and re-installing the Fitbit App, but nothing works. What should I do now?

Thanks for troubleshooting this tile missing issue. Keep in mind that only special edition trackers count with the Fitbit Pay option. Is your Charge 3 special edition?.
