For the last six or seven runs I've done with my Charge 2, the Fitbit ap isn't recording the run on a map. It is acting as if my phone was not with me on my run, or as if the GPS was not turned on.
I am setting up the app before a run as I have always done since purchasing the device. The Charge 2 is connected to the phone via bluetooth. The GPS signal is strong. Location services are turned on on my phone.
Any ideas gratefull received!

Reinstalling the app seems to have fixed it.
Best AnswerI also got this on my last 2 runs. Charge 2 loses connection with the phone after 2 minutes (you see it on the watch). If I open the fitbit app again it reconnects. Rebooting phone makes no difference. It seems like a problem with the latest update of the app?
