Fitbit app not working

My wife got me this Fitbit Charge HR, And I went straight to the app to set it up. I went to set it up, and it just kept loading and loading… and so on. And this never ended. So I just restarted the app. I was in. But, my charge HR wasn’t in “my devices” So I went to set it up again. Same thing happened. Please help me I am so frustrated with this!
