My Fitbit 3 won’t sync and is now running 1 hr and 10 mins behind,

its not showing heart rate, steps etc.

i have tried everything that has been suggested on the forum but nothing works.

i can’t even use it as a watch!

I have same problem. My watch is 9 minutes out, and nothing works. I’m wondering if it’s something to do with upgrading the tracker?

I have written to customer support so will let you know when I hear back
