Cannot use app on my phone.  When I’ve tried another device e.g. this tablet says this device can’t be used and gives the phone as the recipient.  Fitbit charge 4 is now running 23 minutes slow.

Why is it blocking my attempts to upload the app to a different device?

Do I just throw the charge 4 away and wish I’d never heard of Fitbit?

please send instructions in English I am not a tech wizard!

Could you please let me know where you get the error message on the phone, tablet or Charge 4?

Do you receive an error message n the phone?

Why can't you use the app with your phone?

What phone and tablet are you using and what operating system are they using?
