Fitbit charge 4 not working

Two weeks ago I parched Fitbit charge on Amazon now it’s not working i want my money  back

Fitbit's warranty terms (see link at the bottom of this page) allow for a replacement of defective products but do not allow for a refund. If you want a refund you'll need to contact Amazon. If you'd like to try and fix it, and ask for a replacement if that's not possible, then you'll need to contact fitbit's customer support team via contact.fitbit.com Alternatively, if the problem is something that we in the community may be able to help with then post a few more details about the issue you're having.

I called customer care then they told me about the how to solve the  troubleshoot And now it’s working conditions thank Fitbit team❤️ and thank you maam I don’t remember your name you helped me more
