Fitbit charge 4 will not end workout

I have been to the gym and done a workout, logged this on my charge 4 and it now wont give me the option to pause or end the workout. I have tapped the side button, held them and nothing happens except I get given the options for DND or Sleep. The workout now says it has been going for 8 hours!! It is like the watch has crashed but the time, steps etc. are still going up

If the issue persists try restarting your Charge 4.How do I restart my Fitbit device?
