After two years, my Fitbit Charge 2 is now flicking through all of the screens at about three or four screens per second – I cannot get it to stop, I have tried holding down the power button for 12 seconds, on charge as well as off charge, and it is simply not stopping or resetting. Has anybody had this before, and how did you fix it? Grateful for any replies…
