I have a fitbit 2 connected to an s7 edge samsung and connect to samsung health app usually by fit and healthy app which combines the steps. Since last Sunday steps have been lost on both apps. I purchased and returned another fitbit and contacted customer service for fitbit but it hasn't been resolved as yet. Any suggestions thanks

I'd like to let you know that Fitbit cannot be connected to Samsung Health app, your Fitbit device will sync your daily activity with the Fitbit app directly. I was informed by our Customer Support team that they already provided you with assistance regarding this situation and resolved your concern, that said, I recommend you to contact them back if you have any additional questions about the resolution that was provided.
