Have you tried restarting the Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Mine does that all the time, it also misses floors climbed, surely it should register the steps taken to climb those floors, but no steps and no floors. I haven’t got s stairlift yet. but then it also says I’ve been taking steps when I’m asleep so maybe I sleep walk .

Like AnneMarie, my Fitbit has not been registering steps. I have managed to get my Charge 4 restarted from a black screen and ran the most recent update today. I also turned location and Bluetooth on and off. I changed to a different clock face. I now can sync and the display is visible but no steps are tracking. I tried rebooting again a few minutes ago but still no step tracking.
