Can’t get my Fitbit to respond it is stuck in some update?

As for your comment that your Charge 2 will not respond ... could you please provide more detail? Does the clock face show? Will it sync? What is showing on your screen?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 2 is not working properly. In order to have a better idea of what is shown on your device, please be so kind to attach an image.
