I have my Fitbit synced with my Samsung S10+. I get notifications but they are wrong. For example, it will say a name in my contact list but when I answer my phone it is not the person whose name appeared on my Fitbit notification.
How can I correct this?

This is a known bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
