Hi,
A few months ago the screen on my fitbit turned black but then it started working again. This time around, the screen is still totally black and it's still syncing my steps and connecting to the app but the screen is still black. I tried resetting the fitbit about 10 times and I've also changed the clock face a bunch of times. I tried leaving my fitbit charged all night long but it hasn't worked. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? I have had my fitbit for about a year and never had any issues.
