Fitbit won't sync to mynetdiary

Hello 

Is anyone having issues linking fitbit with mynetdiary app. Was working fine till this morning. 

I've unlinked the accounts and re synced and it still won't work.

Anyone any ideas trying to get official help is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Thanks Lucy

Have you checked with My Net Dairy? As it could be on their end as well

I’m having the same issue! No info on the problem, just thought I’d chime in to let you know you’re not alone. Hoping to hear there’s a fix in the works.

Fitbit are saying it's not them. My net diary say it's only a few people who can't sync between the apps. Been over 2 weeks now. Nothing has been sorted it's a joke

My net diary isn’t syncing with my Fitbit ionic. I can’t seem to get into advance settings in an effort to fix it. Can anyone help?
