Hi, I'm trying to add a friend.  I have her Fitbit user name.  I've tried adding her name in the username list and her FB name doesn't come up.  I uploaded my friends from FB.  Initially she wasn't a "friend" in FB, but then I added her and she's still not coming up.  Any ideas on how to add her?

Have you tried her email account to add?

 

Do you have her dashboard and can get into it? As its the easiest way. If not send her yours and she can friend you that way

Thanks for the insight, Wendy!

 I have tried and failed to send a friend request myself. I've tried her email and username and she seems to be having the same issues. Whenever we try to send the request an error shows. I wish I could send a picture to illustrate. It says "Failed to send Friend request [Error 403] [URL https://android-cdn-api.fitbit.com/1.1/user/-friends/invitations]"
