Hello I have a charge 2 and recently misplaced so I bought an Alta from a friend but I like the breathing technique which helps me to control my Anxiety attacks, So I picked up another charge 2 w/o instructions but I have the old one on dashboard. How can I get it to load my profile on it since I just want to see a continuation of all the hard work of losing 25 lbs and lowering my meds and didn't realize how much that one particular feature means a lot . I think all need it

I'm glad the breathing app has been helping.

On your phone app, logged into the same account you had your original Charge 2, click the Account icon near top right (looks like drivers license), then 'Set up a Device'.  It will ask you which model device you are setting up.  Answer Charge 2, it will say there already is one - are you replacing it, say yes, and proceed.  As long as your are using the same account you had before, all your previous data will still be there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the help and I followed the steps but I can't seem to get the
new one to get past the setup screen and I have done a restart of
device also. I think I need to contact mfg company.
