Goodbye Fitbit

Finally giving up.  Black screen shutdowns. Dead devices.  No syncing.  Lack of interest from Fitbit Support. Apple Watch ordered.

Hi @Windwhacker  this is your first post in the community. Have you contacted support? If you posted here for help, then you need to say more about what's going on, including which phone youre using to sync.

Thanks for the response.  However, I am beyond seeking support.  I have had two dead devices and Fitbit don't believe they have to replace a replacement that is faulty.  My other device is experiencing the same problems as many others with loss of connection with bluetooth, disappearing data and failure to establish pairing.  Clearly there is an issue and I would expect Fitbit to be all over it like a rash, seeking to get its valued customers back on track. Fitbit does not have this culture built into its system and people.  Hence my decision to leave.

Sorry you've had problems. If you change your mind, you can still get with support or post more here to get assistance. There were new updates for the apps recently, too.
