Yours lasted longer than mine (6 and 7 months) I so regret upgrading to the Charge 3 from the alta, nothing but continuous problems and no recourse😬

Best AnswerThat’s the second time it happened at 6 months they replaced it then but now it’s out of warranty which sucks
Best AnswerThis happened to me too. This is my second unit. First one stopped working within the first year. But the replacement now has a black screen and they won’t warrant it because the original warranty has expired. 2 in a little over a year is ridiculous! They offered me a 25% discount on a new one but I’m not throwing away more money on an obviously defective product. Time to start looking for a better device!
