My screen has gray lines going down middle

We have the same issue. Mine is only 6 months old. We have followed the steps for a hard reset and nothing. Seems like a problem with these units. Please Fitbit fix this problem.

Every Fitbit I’ve owned literally only lasts 2 years it’s so frustrating

Yours lasted longer than mine (6 and 7 months) I so regret upgrading to the Charge 3 from the alta, nothing but continuous problems and no recourse😬

That’s the second time it happened at 6 months they replaced it then but now it’s out of warranty which sucks

This happened to me too. This is my second unit. First one stopped working within the first year. But the replacement now has a black screen and they won’t warrant it because the original warranty has expired. 2 in a little over a year is ridiculous! They offered me a 25% discount on a new one but I’m not throwing away more money on an obviously defective product. Time to start looking for a better device!
