Hello The wondering if anyone could help? The Green LED on the back of my charge 3 doesn'tflash anymore and is not picking up my heart rate. I've tried troubleshooting first, it did nothing, I tried restarting, then clearing out date, again nothing, then I tried deleting the Fitbit from the app and resyned. So I'm still wondering if anyone could help ?
Same, my Fitbit is no longer reading my heart rate and the green led lights stopped flashing. I’ve rebooted and resynched and the heart rate settings are turned on. I need help!!
