I have only had my charge 3 since November last year as had to replace my charge 2 after it wouldn’t keep the battery life and flicking through screens. Less than a year later I am have grey lines on the screen of my charge 3. I have tried a hard reset but it’s still there. Could I please get a replacement?

Mine has just done exactly the same. It prompted me to charge it, then when I came to plug it in the grey screen and lines were there. I’ve done long restart and it hasn’t helped at all. Hope we get some help soon!

They aren’t cheap and to last not even a year is shocking.
