Having issues with sync

My phone isnt on the list of compatible devices. Does this mean it wont sync to the app? Also why have the app available if the phone isnt compatible?

If a phone is on the supported list at www.fitbit.com/devices it means that it has been tested by fitbit and shown to work.

 

If a phone is not on the list it could mean that it's been tested and shown to not work (or, at least, not fully work) or it could just mean that it's not been tested so it may or may not work.

 

So, it's always worth trying the setup even if it's not listed (mine works just fine but is not on the list). If you have problems with the setup it's worth searching the community for posts that mention your phone to see how others have got on with it.
