Health Metrics Graphs are AWFUL

  • I have a charge 4, and I use the Fitbit app on an Android device. The health metric scraps just changed evidently today and they are horrible. You can't tell what your previous readings really were. Why does Google keep making these changes without peer review? Are your programmers not busy enough? Are they required to make a certain number of changes every so often? The changes that I'm seeing are not necessarily better changes? Why is that? If there had not been peer reviews were I used to work, life's would have been lost. In your case you're going to lose customers. The graphs are embarrassingly bad. Another change was recently made that while I'm here I might as well mention, the water tracker. Who thought that was a great idea? The save button is not in a user-friendly place. That you have to click the plus or minus button to indicate how much water you drink as opposed to what you previously gave us as an option to log our water intake it's not an improvement. At the very least condense the display it is too spread out. PEER REVIEW your user interface changes please!!!!

I agree. I have GPW2 and overnight my trends have vanished and I simply have that day's health metrics in numerical form. No ability to see the previous day let alone 7, 30, and 90 day trends which I found valuable. It is immensely frustrating when these negative changes are made without consultation 😕
