Are “health metrics “ free on Fitbit app in charge 4 ?

@BCLeary   Yes, Health Metrics are free in the Fitbit app, but not in all locations.  What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?  According to the chart, you should get all five metrics with the Charge 4.  Some models don't give the skin temperature variation or SpO2.
