Recently my heart rate feature has stopped working. I have had the Fitbit for over a year and issues until now. It just shows two lines, the heart is not blinking but the lights work on the back. I have tried the tracker at different tensions and places on my wrist, aswell as switching it from on to auto. I have also tried a triple reset! It has worked at one point during the day as it shows an hour of readings on the graph. Anyone any ideas? I Will be devasted if it’s been broke. Thankyou

I would try a regular Restart first and do it several times if necessary.

I would try a Factory Reset as a last resort and if that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.
Swipe left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset and follow instructions.
