Hi,

 

Can anyone please help me with why my heart rate zones have disappeared from after I have tracked my exercise? It used to give me a break down of minutes spent in fat burn/cardio/peak zones.  It no longer gives me this information and my heart rate tracker is working fine during exercise.

I have the same problem, no heartbeat logs on my exercise since the update, which is very inconvenient, I bought my Fitbit just to have this information

@Kiwigirl108 Hi, you are one of at least 100 FitBit users who have this problem. It started we, think on July 29th. It is affecting many (if not all) types of tracker. There are at least 8 other groups discussing this EXACT same issue. It seems to be a software problem. After 9 emails to Customer Support they replaced my Alta HR, I set it up with a brand new account and it still did not fix the problem. If you have the time I think it is helpful to contact Customer Support and let them know you have an issue. The more people who complain the more seriously they will take it and the faster we will get some action. Without the HR graphs and zone data the FitBit is next to useless for me.

My problem with the heart rate zone graft stopping started on July 28th.  I texted customer service and they sent me to a fix website.  I tried everything  they suggested to no avail.  I texted  again telling them nothing worked and that  it is probably my Charge HR.  They now want me to send proof of purchase to see if I still am within warranty.  I too think is their problem.
