All day today I noticed something strange but couldn’t really see my screen it was super dim. THEN it began going crazy - flashing different screens, no screen would stay put and ao I put it in the charger for a few hours. Nothing improved but I can see the screen and it says Jan. 1 12:00! Somehow the time has re-set and it won’t sync. Is it done? Help!

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that your Charge 3 screen went crazy and that it won't longer sync @TASG.
I noticed that you already got in touch with our Support team and got assistance.

Hello and thanks for responding. Unfortunately the only solution was to offer me a discount on a new device yet I cannot use it! It is not good for the Charge 5, yet I cannot purchase a Charge 4! What good is a discount on a new device if I cannot use it?? Also, it seems that this is a problem for a lot of people and Fitbit is not taking steps to resolve this issue at all. They are hoping people will just buy a new device and go away.
