My FitBit Alta HR will not allow for text / Calls notifications with my iPhone X.....  It just will not sync up.  The app on my phone says that "it has to be paired", but the 'little wheel' just goes round and round and will not bring up any code etc to pair.  I have tried to reset both, but to no avail.  Help anyone?  Suggestions anyone?  Do I need a new tracker?

go to setting , choose about then shutdown
