I changed phones and when I installed the app on my android it didn't pull in all my historical data from my other app. How do I get this data back please?

Hi @Supajoi - You are referring to the Fitbit app’s historical data, right? Your data is keep on the Fitbit servers so as long as you synced your Fitbit device to the Fitbit app on your iPhone before changing to the app on your Android, all of your historical data should be available there once you log in. If this is not the case, could you please provide more info on how you switched, in case we can help?

Hi @Supajoi  as long as you used the same email address, which is also your Fitbit account, your history should be there. Did you use the same email address when signing in on the new phone?

Yes I used the same login - it's pulled all my account information but not my historical steps/exercises/ etc tracked. I had synced the Fitbit before changing, perhaps a day or two between changing but even if it's not managed to get those two days worth of data it should have all the older stuff.

Hi @Supajoi  have you looked on the dashboard using a browser to see if it's still there? No change on the app?
