Hello

my how did you sleep has not updated even with just basic sleep. I have made sure that I have synced and restarted my Fitbit to try to force it. 

 

Also noticed it has has not been counting all my steps recently 

 

any help please

Mine has done the same thing for last night, hasn’t even registered I was asleep to calculate sleep times let alone sleep stages!

Mine too, hasn’t registered that I was even asleep very strange. I have tweeted Fitbit support but nothing yet
