How do I change language & weather?

My Fitbit help is in Chinese how can I change it? Where do I find the spot to change weather locations?

The language is ok on my dashboard, it is when I go into the forum, it is
in Chinese. Can’t search for help.

How are you viewing the help articles? If you are on a desktop, you just need to scroll down to the bottom and right hand side and switch the language?.
