How do I change the exercise presets?

Hi there!

I want to be able to log some Les Mills workouts

I can see the workouts options it gives me is run, bike, swim, treadmill, outdoor workout and walk

I am reading this page but cannot find help for Charge 4

I want to change my exercise presets to something like

weights, workout, spin, kickboxing, and yoga

Fitbit seems to have messed up their help sections their so help articles seem to point to themselves, or have 2 article numbers with same content.
