how do I change the clock? After charging the time was wrong

Hello @sesrhonda
Your time is synced to your mobile device. Try this…open your a Fitbit app and swipe down on the page to manually sync your Fitbit. If that doesn’t work go to your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and make sure your Fitbit shows on the list of connected devices. If you want you can try turning your Bluetooth off and on again to see if that resolved the time issues. If your still having issues you can restart your Fitbit Charge 3 to see if that helps. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. You will not lose any of your data performing a restart
